It’s a simple recipe and I really wanted to make it using ingredients that I got from my local farmers market (@villagemarketatwaldorf ) this weekend.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed how we think about local food and has reshaped how farmer markets operate. I have seen firsthand how tirelessly everyone at the market has been working to create a safe accessible shopping space for the community members. So, this week I am highlighting the ingredients and produce of the wonderful farmers and vendors at the @villagemarketatwaldorf.

The cherry tomatoes I am using in this recipe are from the @willo_wind_farm and the olives, feta and olive oil are all from @countrymeadowsorganics .
