Katy is a graduate of Stratford Chef School and Sheridan College of Art and Design. She is the Executive Chef at Cafe Neon, Wallace Street, Cafe Neon, Queen Street, and Bar Neon at Bloor and Lansdowne. Katy is also a founding member of Foliole Collective, a plant-based collective focused on contributing to an evolution of food systems. In addition to sharing her food creations and recipes, Katy will also be available to answer any questions you may have about ways to prepare and serve your market produce purchases.
