As we enter National Indigenous History Month, our hearts and prayers are with the people of Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc First Nation.

National Indigenous History Month is a time for learning about, appreciating and acknowledging the contributions First Nations, Inuit and Métis people have made in shaping Canada as well as facing our dark colonial history.

One way to help with the journey of reconciliation is to become better informed on Canada's history. And keep in mind that learning doesn't end after this month, it's a continuous process and journey.
