About

Village Market (at Waldorf)

Get your local organic vegetables and meat direct from the farmers who grow them, all year round*, at the Village Market. Also live music with a sit-down cafe. Other vendors feature a range of health products including body ecology diet fermented vegetables and starters (not every week - check our website for updates), as well as therapists, a baker, etc. Free Parking. Free Admission.

The Market is located well back from Bathurst Street, inside the Toronto Waldorf School, so you don't see it very easily from the street. Look for the signs. Also the entrance to the Toronto Waldorf School's Bathurst St. parking lot is at a traffic light, opposite Teefy Ave. and is one light south of Rutherford Rd. Rutherford Rd is also called Carrville Rd (between Bathurst and Yonge) and 16th Ave (east of Yonge).

The Village Market is a social enterprise dedicated to bringing together local organic growers and the people who appreciate fresh organic food, and helping to support Waldorf education at the Toronto Waldorf School.

*Note: The one Saturday of the year when the Market is closed is the Saturday between Christmas and New Year's.
